Your personal information will not be passed on or used commercially in other ways - this will remain confidential at Hormonklinikken.

Normally the item is dispatched within 1-3 working days. If the item is not in stock, the delivery time can be extended.

If the shipment is not received within 4 working days from the order, please contact the Hormonklinikken immediately regarding request for shipment.

If the shipment is returned to Hormonklinikken due to an incorrect address or "not collected shipment", the customer is responsible for the additional postage.


Payment card: For Dankort payment, you must use the following on the Dankort:
Card number: the 16 digits on the front of the payment card.
Expiry date: is indicated on the cover.
Check digits: the last three digits in the field on the back.
- No fee is charged when using a payment card.

The amount for the goods is only deducted when the goods are dispatched. An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be deducted.

Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately.

The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) we raise the amount when we send the item, or
2) until the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.

The amount can be reserved for a maximum of 30 days.

When paying with VISA, MasterCard and Visa Elektron, the purchase amount is reserved on your account until payment is made. When paying with MobilePay, the purchase amount is reserved on your account until payment is made.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item, or get physical possession of the last item, in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by contacting us at phone (xxxxx) or per email: In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time.


You must send your order back to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return shipment of the item. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.
Missing original packaging may constitute a reduction in value, so to be sure of receiving all the money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in original packaging.
The costs for return are expected to amount to approx. DKK 40-70 based on applicable tariffs with GLS and PostNord. Please note that you will not get the delivery costs back if you regret part of your purchase.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

Delivery of sealed goods which for health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

You lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal on goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return.

The condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund payments received from you (but not delivery costs) without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

We neither accept parcels without distribution nor parcels sent by cash on delivery.


Hormonklinikken provides, according to the Sales Act, a 2-year right of complaint from receipt - however, subject to the product's shelf life and correct storage of the product. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or harmful behaviour. You can advertise within a "reasonable time" that you have discovered the lack of the product. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If you want to advertise a product, Hormonklinikken MUST be contacted before you return it, so that we can take care of the return via our logistics agreements. You therefore do not have to pay for the shipping - nor will you be able to be compensated if you have submitted the item yourself.

The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and please enclose a detailed description of the problem, as well as your information and your order number.

If the ordered item(s) have not been received no later than 7 working days after the stated dispatch time, we encourage you to contact Hormonklinikken as soon as possible.

Personal data policy

To enter into an agreement with Hormonklinikken, the customer must register with the following 4 personal details: Name, address, telephone no. and email address.

The completed registration ensures that Hormonklinikken can deliver the ordered product correctly to the customer.
The 4 personal details are not passed on to third parties and are not used for sending unsolicited advertising material.
