Delivery time is 2-4 days on weekdays if your order is received before 1 p.m.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a test kit. The package contains the materials you will use and instructions. The test is a saliva test, which must be collected in small containers. The sample is sent in an enclosed envelope to our test laboratory for analysis.

Our complete hormone test, which measures cortisol among other things, should be taken in the morning. We recommend that you plan to take the test on Monday.

What happens if I take the test incorrectly?

As a starting point, medicines will not affect the tests. Before your test, we do recommend that you ask your doctor or us if you can continue with medication and supplements, so they do not affect your test results.

We recommend that you avoid using hormone preparations 7 days before your hormone test, unless you want your current hormone intake to be included in your test analysis.

This is a general recommendation, so your delivery of your test is not delayed over the weekend. It is possible to send it on other days, but we recommend that you send it on Monday.

You will receive your test results no later than 10 working days after you have submitted your test. You will receive an e-mail when the results are ready, and you should simply log in at www.hormonklinikken.dk, where you can download your results.

All test results are accompanied by an assessment of the test result together with a recommendation on how you can achieve hormonal balance.
